Lynyrd Skynyrd · 1973

Lynyrd Skynyrd's 1973 debut was recorded with producer Al Kooper after extensive rehearsal. Much of the material already belonged to the live repertoire. The record's apparent assurance therefore has a practical source: a band arriving with songs it had worked through repeatedly.
